We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Monopoli. the staff at Palazzo Indelli were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us when we had car problems, even finding a great mechanic to resolve the issue. Not only that, but they also provided excellent restaurant recommendations. the location of the hotel, right on a picturesque square in the old town, was perfect. the hotel itself was beautifully refurbished and the restaurant on-site served delicious food. We also loved the convenience of the Tuk Tuk and driver, which helped us overcome any parking limitations at the hotel. 👍.
